Who is this kid?
So we had Grandpa and Grandma over for dinner tonight. Pizza. Mmmm. Mommy made a hamburger for Noah. We all sat down and passed around the pizza box. Noah pretended to take some and kept talking about 'pizza'. We bowed our heads to pray and when he opened our eyes, this is what we saw...
He hijacked the pizza right off Grandma's plate! He only ate the crust this time around but you know - beggars can't be choosers! Now this might not be so wierd except that yesterday while we were grocery shopping he also hit up the sample lady for some pork chops! Two of them! And wanted more but I thought we shouldn't use up all the samples. Maybe he will be a good eater after all... We sure are proud of his bravery!

YAY NOAH!!! It must be going around. Ella ate a cracker with goat cheese on it at Costco the other day. Won't touch a banana but goats? No problem! She also ate PESTO pizza. Maybe she just has a more advanced palette than other kids her age?!?! :-)
Way to go, Noah!! You'll soon wonder why Mommy and Daddy never let you have any of the GOOD FOOD they were eating all along!!!
Cam - Noah ALWAYS would eat the samples at Costco. I think he was doing a science experiment to see how many times I would buy things for him to NOT eat at home. I will not tell you how many times I fell for it. :) GRAM - you are probably right!
LOL! I ALMOST bought the $12 goat cheese and then wondered what I would do with it when I got it home and she wouldn't eat it. Maybe if we set up little cart/food stations at dinner time they'd eat what we gave them! :-)
P.S. The pesto pizza was at home AND it had all veggies on it -- she it all up. I'm thinking of making it everyday...
My mom thinks it has something to do with toothpicks. Cut her food up like she's just getting samples. Stick toothpicks in them. You are good to go!
That's an excellent idea! :-)
