Introducing...
the new [and very grown up] Benjamin Campbell. Mom thinks he looks three. Daddy thinks he still looks like a little boy, 'you can just see all of him now.'

and had you voted on how you thought Benjamin would react to his haircut? I have to say I was surprised. If I were a betting woman (which I am, so I guess I should say had I found someone to take me up on it) I would have lost. Check this out...

Now is that sad, or what? (We have since convinced him that his hair will indeed grow back so he has accepted his new doo.) But even more surprising was what happened next. We have been talking up the haircut for a few days now. Noah remembered that he got to sit in a car, watch Thomas, and eat lollipops. We picked out which color he was going to have and which flavor it would be. Again, had I found someone to bet with, I would have lost. But I am fine with that. We were so proud of our big boy!

and last, but ceratinly not least, our new best friend. 'Stoowahbeeweee.'

Awww... no more crazy hair. But so handsome!
Where did you take them?
Oh he looks so good! Such a big boy. And I would have bet with you from all of the stories about him being opposite of Noah.
Huh? Whoda thunk?
It is called Shear Madness. All about the kids. And when Ella is older and living in Kansas, she can have her birthday parties there. www.shearmadnesskids.com
We have a place like that -- I wondered if it was the same place. I guess you'd need more haircuts with boys, though.
yeah, my next door neighbor (whose daughter is 10 days younger than Noah) said, "The ONE time she's had her hair cut..." I made sure Noah didn't hear that.
OOOH, It is very tramatic to have someone taking away what took 8 months to grow!
