Noah had his last basketball game of the season. Before each game, the kids would line up in "the tunnel" and run on to the court as their name was being announced. This week they all came out together and got to say their own name.

While Noah has never watched a beauty pageant, the way he announced his name you might of thought he'd been a contestant for years. He's not shy of the microphone, this one. He had a great game for his last outing. He made three shots - one of which he made off of a rebound.

That's a big step for a kid who is really scared of getting hit in the face with the ball.

He seemed more in to this game also. In a way, it is kind of a bummer that it was the last game. I think it is safe to say that he enjoyed the season. We'll just have to wait and see if he wants to do it again next year. We have the awards ceremony next weekend - not sure what that will be but I'm sure it will be fun. I have been very pleased with this program. If you have the opportunity for Upward Basketball, I highly recommend it.

He looks so big! Hopefully, he'll stick to baseball and basketball...NOT FOOTBALL when he grows up! You know how Grandmas are about little ones getting hurt...even if they are in high school!!!!
