Newest Big Kid on the Block

We made the move and Benjamin is now officially in a big-kid car seat. We actually gave him Noah's seat. (Noah is temporarily using his seat from Grandma Bonnie's car.) We worried what big brother was going to think about this. We all piled in the car last night and it took Noah about 3 seconds to say, "Look, Benjin's seat! HEY! That Noah's seat! Noah want that seat!" We played up Benjamin being big and riding in a big boy seat like Noah and Noah getting a new seat. He settled right in to his seat and said, "Look, dad! Noah got new seat!" And we never heard anything more about it. Now if he just transitions that well in to his new seat when we actually get it. Did you know car seats are now recommended until age 8? Ay Caramba!
