Happy birthday, Grandma!

We wanted to do something special for Grandma Page's birthday. She always talks about the special relationship that Noah and Grandpa Joe have, so we thought maybe some pictures. Grandpa refurbished daddy's Radio Flyer wagon for Noah, so we thought that would be a good prop. As we were getting things set up, daddy had the idea that he and Benjamin should be in the picture too. So me made a secret escape with grandpa and headed to the mall to get our pictures taken. If you haven't heard me say before, this is a challenge with Noah. We thought maybe having daddy and grandpa there with him would make it easier and it did, somewhat, but we still had issues. We got half way through the shoot and another photographer came in the room and pointed out that our photographer did not have her camera on. Great. So we had to go through all the poses again. We managed to live through that only be told afterwards that the flash had been set wrong and NONE of the pictures turned out. Could we come back another day to try again? Noah said no, but we tried again the next day. Luckily, we were able to fight through a sitting and, I think, get some good pictures. And best part is, Grandma really liked them. Happy birthday, Grandma!

PS. Don't think Noah will be fooled in to doing this again, however. We went to the mall on Tuesday and he was getting a little concerned. I asked if he wanted to go take pictures and he said, "No, mama! No, mama! No, mama, no!" He was quite relieved to find out that is not what we were doing.
