I was a little apprehensive about buying corn so early but I should not have been. YUMMY!!!! I promise I am not wishing that summer would come any sooner than it will but oh how I cant wait to spend less than a paycheck on a meal's worth of sweet corn. And I think I know three kids who are also looking forward to having it with a little more frequently.
I should add that I have had at least three instances of children crying over the fact that we were not having corn-on-the-cob for dinner. How cute is that?

Sure! Enjoy your corn BEFORE we in Michigan get any! Sure looks yummy...and they each have a full ear this year! They are growing up, aren't they?!
