The next big event of the weekend took us back to "the Hat" to see everything Star Wars. It was hard to tell who was more excited - Noah or Daddy.
Security was a little heavier than normal
but we made it through in plenty of time to watch the parade. Every character imaginable was there. I knew no one, Noah knew them all.
(I should say I found it a little funny that there were this many people who love Star Wars soooo much that they put together these elaborate costumes. This was a good 20 minute parade. These people are all just enthusiasts that have made or bought these costumes theirselves - not Disney related in any form. Including an Orlando native who has legally changed her name to Laura Skywalker and spends her days wandering the Star Wars area. But who am I to judge? It got me to take my son there, right?) These are the lucky kids that got to do Jedi training.
We had hoped to get Noah in on that but they signed kids up for thing in the morning and were well done by that by the time we arrived. Bummer. Most of the characters were available throughout the park for photos. We couldn't really get Noah interested in waiting in line. As it was very hot just standing in the sun, we didn't push it. He did find some favorites, though.

We also spent some more time at "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids."
With the long day we had yesterday, we were all ready to get back to the hotel to play. Reading books in the lobby,
playing 'green soldiers',
and THE POOL!
