Our miracles are never-ceasing!!! This is what we saw after breakfast today.

How cute is that? They are practically the same size and Benjamin's arms are so short he has to hold the book right on Abby's nose to see it himself. They finished the first book and she got up to walk away. He suggested a second book and she said, "Oh. Okay." And backed her hiney right back in to his lap. After school they were in the front room actually playing together. They were having a picnic. On a blanket. Each with their own baby. Passing food back and forth. It didn't last all evening but I was so excited to see a glimpse of it - I'll take any cooperation I can get! This is what daddy and I had always thought would just happen. Boy, were we naive... But we do still have hopes that some number of our children are going to figure it out. Until then we will just enjoy moments like this.

Oh, I wish these moments weren't so rare. And when they do happen it's either time to leave, eat dinner, go to bed, etc. I always have to interrupt it. Why doesn't it come when Mommy needs 3 minutes to herself??
If this isn't just tooooo cute for words!!! Grandpa Doug wonders if Bum Bum wised up and decided to be nice to Abby. Love this!
