Welcome, Winter - BAH!
Some people claim to really like winter. I've even been told that if I were to move to a place that does not have winter, I would miss it. While I am willing to bet big bucks on this, no one has taken me up on the offer to let me try it out. So we stay. In Kansas. Where it is FREEZING!!!!! Yesterday, the first day of winter, came with a high of 8 degrees. A HIGH! And that does not even begin to touch the wind chill, which was not pretty. We chose to go to church on Saturday night so we would not have to leave the house yesterday. And this is how we celebrate the first day of Winter? Oh, how I look forward to the next three months... I think Benjamin sums up my feelings the best.

Having lived in a cold wintery state for 29 years and a warm non-snowy state for 4 years, I can say that you would NOT miss that weather! I miss snow until about January 1st. Then I'm glad to not have it. Especially with small children. What a pain!
Grandma says....Looks like little Benjamin would be happier if he had socks that covered his little bare legs between his shoe and his pant leg!!! Does Grandma need to go shopping????
