Disney Vacation - Day 1

As an early Christmas present, Grandpa and Grandma Randolph treated the family to a week at Disney World. It is hard to say if anyone was as excited as Uncle Scott about the trip but Noah did his share of telling everyone he met that he was headed to "Mickey's House on the big airplane." We flew down Sunday afternoon and arrived at our hotel in time for dinner and bed. The boys traveled wonderfully yet again. All went well until bedtime when Benjamin decided he really shouldn't be sleeping all by himself in the hotel room. He was much happier romping in mommy and daddy's bed which meant no one got any real sleep. Well, except Noah. He didn't appear bothered by our 3 hour mid-night mishap. But Monday arrived and we were no worse for the wear. We stayed the the All-Star Music resort and figured Noah would love it because it had giant instruments everywhere. We were in the Broadway wing which was at the end of the property so we got our workout regularly. The hotel had a food court in the main building where we ate most of our meals. The hotel suited us just fine. Disney has inside transportation to take you wherever you want to go. We'd just go to the front of the hotel and wait for the right bus. They warned that it could take an hour and a half to get where you were headed, but we never experienced more than 20 minutes. We really liked not having to fuss with a car and parking.
