Noah's Imagination Station
I am pleased to announce that Noah's imagination is starting to take shape. We have been waiting for this to happen. Usually when mommy or daddy tried to pretend something with Noah (like cooking) it turned out to be way more fun to just pick up whatever mom or dad was holding and throw it across the room. However, this morning, he and daddy spent more than an hour in the Imagination Station. Most of their time was spent flying space rockets and airplanes - with the occasional crash. At one point Noah came to the kitchen and got a drink. His dad called on the intercom to tell me that Noah had said, "I need a drink. Stay here, dad. I'll be right back." He jumped off the bed, opened the door, closed the door, came to the kitchen, took a couple big sips of his juice, said hi to mom, headed back up the steps, through the door, and back in to the 'plane'. I decided to take a peek. By the time I arrived, they were on to playing 'Pyramid of Elephants' (courtesy of Dumbo). Also, I promised not to incriminate anyone, but be sure to check out the special space rocket helmet on a certain daddy's head...

OMG, that is adorable. And please tell Christopher I will use this for future "collateral." :)
