Win-Win

And while Noah was at the football game, we got to babysit Andrew. He is the love of our little one's eyes. They just love this kid. (Well, for good reason. He is adorable.) Whenever he comes to visit (or we go to visit him) they fight over who is going to hold him first.
Or next. Or last. Or who is going to give him his paci. Or who is going to help feed him. You name it, they can fight about it. But in a loving way. I mean, really. Can you really complain when they are fighting over who loves him most? So, this past Sunday we brought Andrew home from church with us. While we had two cars at church and the cars are usually clamoring over who gets to ride in the red car, this time everyone wanted to ride in the van. That is where Andrew was riding after all. While I was getting lunch ready, Abby was keeping him company in the front room. Mostly she just sat over him goo-gooing in his face. Eventually I convinced her to read to him. She brought her book over and sat right next to him. She'd turn a page and grab his hand every time before reading the words to him. So, so sweet. Just like Andrew. We are looking forward to the Chiefs season, if for nothing more, because we get to babysit while his fam takes in the game. It's a win-win!
