Extra Curriculars - take 2

Storytime with Uncle Scott. (Sorry about the picture quality, but you still get the idea.)
A little TV time. Mom and dad were actually disappointed that we did not get to watch a single Phineas & Ferb this time around. Plenty of Wizards of Waverly Place, though. And once again, the boys were just as happy with the Disney Parks welcome channel.
More play time. What do you want to eat, sir? Here ya go, sir! (Benjamin is very polite in his make believe...)Abby learning to do mazes.Because it was sand, the boys had to remove their socks and shoes. Forget the fact that it was riddled with brittle pine needles. Made my feet hurt just to watch them. They did not seem to notice. And this one just because I thought it was cute. (I think she was wishing I would put down the camera and help her up the steps.)Pony rides! This is Abby - not so happy that you had to be two to ride. And here she is happy that she could have her picture taken. (What? You don't see a change in her expression? Hunh. How can that be?)And, last but not least, the golf cart. We had read before going that a golf cart was a must because the campground is so big. Yes, there are buses that take you from place to place but with the golf cart, we didn't have to wait around AND we could drive right to where we wanted to go - not the nearest busstop. Only problem was that the golf cart only held 4 (plus a few kids) and there were more of us than that. So, we usually had to take more than one trip. Just meant more rides for the kiddos and they were just fine with that. Except for this time. This was not Benjamin's turn to ride. He was not pleased about this. I can't believe I did not manage to get more pictures than this as we spent a great deal of time on the cart and it was probably the boy's favorite activity. (Especially when Grandpa let them 'help' drive and honk the horn.) Yes, it costs more than renting a car but it was totally worth every penny. And, our last activity before heading home. Yes, Florida is a helmet-free state. And, yes, all their streets are hardwood.
