Abby's Baptism

We celebrated Abby's baptism in church on Sunday. In attendance were all four of her grandparents and her two uncles. There was a little bit of nervousness as we prepared for the weekend wondering what antics her brothers might play while up in front of the entire congregation. But it was all for not - they were perfect. Daddy had been preparing them by watching videos of their baptisms. Noah was just excited to see Pastor Adam up close. In fact, before the service began he was quite concerned because he couldn't see Pastor Adam anywhere. When he came out to begin the service, Noah, in a not-so-quiet voice said, "OH, LOOK, MOM! THERE HE IS!" His grandparents got a good chuckle out of that. Pastor Adam asked the boys if they promised to be good big brothers and take good care of their sister and Noah answered he would. He also answered all the questions that Adam asked us. Benjamin was quiet for the most part. Although, he did point out the "Bathtub" that Adam was using on Abby. Other than them not getting to try out the drum set on the stage, I'd say the service was a success. And now our baby girl is officially a 'member of the Family of God'... (Anybody besides my family know that song?) And, just for fun, some more good pictures. (Anyone of my parents' Christmas card list, please disregard the Randolph family picture.)

The pictures are beautiful. Welcome Abby!

Had I known your brother was coming from here I'd have stowed away. With no job yet, I had time on my hands. :)

Stephanie, you look gorgeous in these pictures!! (not that you don't everyday, but particularly gorgeous here!)

And Ella has been enthralled with the baptism invites. She loves it. It is now in about 4 pieces, but she plays with it every single day.
