Cider Mill

Last Sunday was yet another beautiful day. (I think we are on day 20 of the same, sunny, high 70's, gorgeous weather. Even without any rain, our new grass is doing stellar. We have no complaints around here...) With a home Chiefs game, we got to keep our sweet baby Andrew. Because we would have to meet his parents out at church in the evening anyway, we decided to attend church in the evening and take advantage of the sunny day. With the Fall Festival in full swing at the local cider mill, our decision was an easy one. Benjamin made sure Andrew was fed and ready to go, and we were on out way. This little wild thing was all over the place, but she did seem drawn to the pumpkins.
The boys also found they were a good place to sit while mommy was securing the fresh doughnuts and cider.
Abby stumbled upon one pumpkin that had been cracked open. She stuck her hand inside. She did not like that. In fact, she is still telling random strangers about the yucky pumpkin with the flies. She was not happy to find out her parents were too cheap to pay $15 for a pumpkin. (A non-broken one, of course.)
Ahhh... Finally the doughnuts were delivered. They did not last long. Nor did the cider.
Three crazy, doughnut-loving, pumpkins.
One of which is exercising her right to no longer look at the camera for pictures. Hooray for another fall favorite!
