which could be worn to do just about anything,
Abby's favorite activity was doing anything with her pal, Andy. He actually enjoyed playing catch with her - which was really just dropping the ball into each other's catchers and then laughing hysterically.
Noah's favorite activity was kickball. Noah lives for that game these days and he had a good 6 hour game over the weekend. I think the kids end up beating the dads 32-0.
He also requested a sing-along for the campfire. (I suppose we can thank Disney for that connection.) The only song he thought he knew was "Home on the Range" so our host graciously catered to him.
And what's a camp out without s'mores?
Contrary to this picture, she did eat her fair share. She just didn't want the marshmallows toasted. In fact, none of the kids ate them that way. He had the thing going pretty good for only being able to "pump" with one arm.
Our homestead for the evening. (Ours are the two little tents.) The location was perfect. The weather could not have been better. And the company was the perfect compliment to it all. We are definitely looking forward to doing it again in the near future.

We were very pleased with ourselves and cannot wait to finish the rest of it. (We only did this one wall. We have the rest of the kitchen to complete.) Maybe next Memorial Day...
